New baby calf at the rhino sanctuary Namibia.

Breaking news!

Yesterday, we were able to welcome our first rhino calf of the year, as Beate became a proud mother for the second time. When Beate and Eric, her three-year-old bull calf, didn’t show up for their afternoon treat together with the other rhinos, we alarmed our anti-poaching team responsible for their sector. Fortunately, it didn’t take long for them to respond with great news.

What an amazing and successful start to the new year! We were able to capture the newborn in this little video.
