You do not have to give us any data. If you do not, we cannot answer your enquiry or complete a booking/purchase.
Record of your cookie choice
When you choose in the cookie banner, we store the time, banner version, your choice, the domain and a random ID (no IP address). We do this to be able to document your consent (Art. 6(1)(c)). The data is stored on samtykke.wizecode.app, operated by Wizecode ApS on servers at Hetzner Online GmbH in Helsinki, Finland (EU), and deleted after 24 months.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Contact by email
If you write to info@rhinonamibia.com, we process your email in order to reply. The site has no public contact forms. Donations, purchases and safari bookings take place on parhino.com and rhinosanctuarysafari.com, which have their own privacy policies. Emails are kept for 12 months after the last contact. Videos and links
The videos on the site are hosted on our own server. Links to YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn are ordinary links: nothing is sent to them until you click.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. If you gave consent you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to info@rhinonamibia.com; we answer within one month.
