Meet Bisser the rhino

Bisser is part of the original group of young rhinos that helped shape the early years of Rhino Sanctuary Namibia. Now eight years old, she has grown into a strong young female and is part of a close-knit group of young cows entering a decisive new phase of life.

Calm, confident and always close to her herd, Bisser represents continuity and growth. Along with the other young females, she is expected to become a mother within the coming year, contributing directly to the future of the white rhino population. Her presence is a reminder that protection works when it is long-term, patient and built on trust.

Why the Sannerum family chose to support Bisser

Bisser is supported by Kristian Sannerum (Doha, Qatar) and Rebecca Sannerum (Copenhagen, Denmark) through KSN Services, driven by a shared belief in meaningful conservation and personal responsibility.

For Rebecca, the connection to rhinos began with a first encounter on safari, where their calm strength and presence left a lasting impression. That experience later evolved into a deeper commitment to Rhino Sanctuary Namibia and its hands-on approach to protection.
